Entiendo que no todos los pacientes que necesitan un endocrinólogo requieren una membresía completa. Para aquellos pacientes que esperan ser atendidos menos de 2 veces al año y necesitan una comunicación mínima entre visitas, este modelo de consulta puede ser la mejor opción. Los pacientes aún pueden disfrutar de citas médicas, análisis de laboratorio e imágenes con grandes descuentos y la conveniencia de nuestra clínica de manera personalizada.

Cualquier análisis de laboratorio y radiología que ordenemos se factura por las respectivas organizaciones de laboratorio y radiología. Por lo general (sin garantía), nuestras órdenes de laboratorio y radiología serán reembolsadas a tus tasas de red siempre y cuando vayas a esos laboratorios y organizaciones de radiología de la red. Eres responsable de obtener esta información y libre de usar la instalación que elijas.

Para los pacientes de MEDICARE: Hemos optado por salir de Medicare y, como tal, según nuestro conocimiento, no te reembolsará en absoluto por nuestras visitas ni los gastos relacionados. No cubrirán análisis de laboratorio, fisioterapia ni radiología relacionada con tu visita. Esto incluye planes complementarios o planes Advantage. La mayoría de nuestros pacientes de Medicare se realizan análisis de sangre con su médico habitual, según nuestras recomendaciones. Por favor, comunícate directamente con Medicare para obtener detalles.

Entendemos que las cancelaciones suceden y comprendemos que surgen situaciones inesperadas. Aquellas cancelaciones con menos de 24 horas se manejarán caso por caso, pero en general, cancelar dentro de las 24 horas incurrirá en un cargo del 50% de la tarifa de la visita. Los espacios de cita son momentos valiosos para nosotros y otros pacientes que desean una consulta.
